Clonad Girl to steal the Ladbrokes Mobile App A1 525 Final
The Grade A1 Ladbrokes Mobile App A1 525 Final will be contested by Spider Man, Forest Rock, Icandomagic, Endova Cash, Clonda Girl and The Other Silver. The race will be held at the Shelbourne Park over 525 yards on Saturday, 18th August, 2012. The prize money set for the race is ?800.
The most promising entry for the race is the two-year-old black bitch, Clonad Girl. She started racing just during this season and was among the lucky ones who get to impress the crowds and the connections right when they begin to race. Without any training or drilling session, she bagged the first four races of her career.
Head Bound?s daughter struck the first ever hat-trick on 11th February, 2012 over 525 yards. She bumped but then led on which got her the race in 29.26 seconds and won by the margin of 4 ? lengths.
Garryglass Teasy settled as the runner-up.
After posting the fourth success in a row she raced eight more times and could win only twice. The performance curve sloped downwards as compared to the highly tuned form that she had at the beginning of the career.
Her first failure of the career was in the Grade A2 College Causeway A2 525 Semi-Final on 29th March, 2012 at the Shelbourne Park over 525 yards. She settled second after racing for 29.11 seconds once the race was won by, Toms Brett, in 28.71 seconds. The winner defeated the two-year-old by five lengths.
The Gleeson trained then won the Grade A1 Sis Live A1 525 Semi-Final on 5th July, 2012 at the Shelbourne Park over 525 yards. After exiting the second trap she was fast to race away and then led for the remaining distance concluding the racing affair in 28.73 seconds.
Winning by the margin of 3 ? lengths meant that Farkland Mist was set as the runner-up.
Her most recent success was in the Grade A1 Ladbrokes Mobile App A1 525 Semi-Final on 9th August, 2012 at the Shelbourne Park over 525 yards. The favourite entry won the race in 28.59 seconds and led by the margin of 1 ? lengths.
