Two weeks ago, alongside the fantastic 41-megapixel Lumia 1020, Nokia announced the public beta of the Nokia Imaging SDK. The Nokia Imaging SDK is a library that developers can use to help them add remarkable imaging capabilities to their Windows Phone apps. The SDK features 52 easy-to-use filters for mobile imaging ? they apply quickly and with extremely low memory usage. In addition to standard filters like grayscale, cartoon, and auto-levels the SDK offers filters to crop, rotate, combine multiple images, and even add custom frames. With these options, the Nokia Imaging SDK is a full-featured imaging solution that?s custom designed for Windows Phone development.
