Who Should Attend? All students that plan to tryout or participate on any athletic team, dance, cheer or intramural team. A physical is required.
6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Female athletes
7:30 to 9:00 p.m. Male athletes?
What To Bring? A Prince William County Middle School Athletic Form (complete pages 1,2,4).
Cost? FREE to students
Doctors will include:

- Family Medicine Doctors
- Orthopaedic Surgeons
