- "What's Underneath Over-the-Top?" --?a keynote panel of network operators, including Chris Mayer, VP Verizon and Mike Paradise, AVP AT&T, will focus on the challenges that video-heavy, volatile applications running over the top of their wireless mobile networks and the innovative solutions to these challenges.
- "Easing the PSTN into the 21st Century" --?a keynote address by Henning Schulzrinne, the CTO of the FCC and author of the Session Initiation Protocol and many other IETF specifications, will focus on the efforts to repurpose the PSTN currently under consideration.
