This was a little bit more grueling than running a few yards in slo-mo out of the Pacific surf. As she promised, Pamela Anderson successfully ran her first-even New York City Marathon on Sunday, Nov. 3 -- and after completing the 26.2 race through all five boroughs of the Big Apple, the Baywatch star, 46, was definitely a little worse for the wear.
A first-time runner, the buxom blonde finished the marathon (running for charity) at an admirable 5 hours and 41 minutes -- and hit the hay a few hours later! "Ouch!" Anderson captioned a Twitter photo, in which she lies in bed in a negligee, with one bag of ice on her right knee, and another near her lower abs. The prone star covers up her face with her "Pamela" racing big, clutches a TV remote and keeps a book (with a spiritual guru on the cover) nearby. Indeed, as Anderson (sporting her talked-about new pixie cut) was filmed during the race, she was spotted clutching her leg, suggesting she was dealing with an injury.

Anderson also proudly showed off her ING New York City Marathon medal and shared a snapshot with her brother and fellow runner, Gerry. "So proud of my brother Gerry. Thank G. For running next to me today- love you lots," she said."

"An amazing finish for #teamjphro at #ingnycmarathon. Keep supporting our work in Haiti," added Anderson, who ran to raise funds to fight poverty in Haiti.
