Catalyst Telecom, a value-added distributor of voice, video and data convergence solutions, recently added a variety?of new solutions and services from Avaya, including Radvision Scopia video solutions and complementary services to better serve partners. Radvision is an Avaya company that provides video conferencing, telepresence technologies over IP and wireless networks, and end-to-end visual communication solutions.
Catalyst Telecom now offers Avaya?s Scopia XT Telepresence platform, and Scopia Desktop and Mobile video conferencing. In addition, Catalyst is providing partners with supporting services such as training and education, technical support and design support.
A variety of implementation and installation services also will by provided in conjunction with ScanSource Services Group, including:
- Video network assessment services, in which convergence engineers analyze and report on real-time network environments;
- On site hardware and software installation, featuring options for seamless Scopia system rollouts and integration into telephone systems;
- Monitor/endpoint installation provided by a nationwide team of technicians; and
- Telephone system integration that allows the Scopia solution to be integrated into an existing PBX phone or new communication system.
